MC Digital Infrastructure is Mitsubishi Corporation's U.S. data center investment platform. Our capital is backed by the balance sheet of a global integrated business enterprise rather than a traditional fund cycle, providing flexibility in investment size and holding period and allowing for long-term capital commitments where appropriate or advantageous.
Investing in Data Centers since 2017
Mitsubishi Corporation entered the data center business in 2017 through MC Digital Realty, a 50/50 joint venture with Digital Realty in Tokyo and Osaka. In 2024 it acquired a majority equity interest in two fully leased developments in the Dallas metro, approximately $800 million in project cost — its first data center venture outside Japan.
